SHIPPING
Delivery costs are displayed at the checkout of the online store when the address information has been filled in. Users must select the delivery method that is appropriate for the order. Delivery options are mail or pickup from the showroom. The showroom is located at Jäämerentie 6, 99600 Sodankylä. Opening hours can be found on the Contact page, but appointments can also be arranged outside of opening hours. Keloa Eyewear Oy reserves the right to change the delivery terms.
Delivery in Finland
Products are delivered mainly via Posti (Finnish Postal Service) to the nearest Posti office to the delivery address provided by the customer. If Matkahuolto is considered a faster method, Matkahuolto’s parcel service can also be used.
Parcel delivery costs are determined by the size and/or weight of the ordered product and are announced at the checkout.
Stock products are shipped 1-2 business days after the order. Customized products are shipped 1-8 weeks after the order, depending on the product. In these cases, the order-specific schedule will be confirmed separately for the customer.
International deliveries (EU and other countries)
International deliveries are currently only possible by separate agreement. Products are delivered via Posti or Shipit. Shipping costs are determined based on each product and destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other import fees imposed by the authorities of the destination country. These fees are separate from the product price and shipping costs and may vary depending on the regulations of the destination country. For more information about any fees, please contact your local customs office.
Delivery failures
In case the delivery delay of the order is directly caused by Keloa Eyewear Oy, the customer has the right to cancel the order. The order must be cancelled by email and the cancellation must clearly state which order and product is being cancelled, as well as the customer’s contact information. The customer will then receive a full refund for the cancelled order.
Keloa Eyewear Oy is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, such as shipping companies.
